What happens after you send the form

The contact number is collected so the request can be reviewed and answered by phone or text.

The response should confirm four things before booking: which container is available, how much weight is included, the rental period, and the total price. Submitting the form does not book a rental or authorize a charge.

What to have ready

Five details get you an accurate number the first time instead of a back-and-forth.

1. The delivery address, including whether the drive is steep, gravel, or narrow.
2. What you are throwing away. be specific about shingles, concrete, dirt, plaster, or anything wet.
3. Roughly how much. Square footage, roof squares, number of rooms, or "a full two-car garage" all work.
4. The date you want it and roughly how long you need it.
5. Whether anything on the prohibited list is in the pile.
